Our Terms - What to Expect

A deposit of 20% must be given at the time of order, the rest to be paid when coop is either delivered or picked up.

You can cancel, and the deposit is 100% refundable at any time before the time we start construction of the coop.

If we have started construction of the coop, and there is a cancellation, the deposit is nonrefundable.

The estimated time of completion is exactly that, an estimate.  This can vary widely, depending on many factors. We build our coops in the order in which orders are received.  Please be sure to wait until your coop is delivered or picked up before getting chickens!  Thank you!

All sales are final after coop is picked up or delivered.

Due to customers not picking up or being available for delivery at the time of completion, we will begin charging a $25/day storage fee every day after 5 days of completion.  We always call before we begin building to be sure customers are ready for them.  We also have very limited space in our shop, and we are moving coops around every day when we can’t get them picked up or delivered in a timely manner.
